PTO Sponsored Events
The annual Father-Daughter Dance and Mother-Son Event: hosted by the PTO provide special opportunities for families to spend quality time together while creating lasting memories. These fun-filled events encourage fellowship, connection, and community through engaging activities, laughter, dancing, and shared experiences.
Dining for Dollars Series: fellowship, yummy eats, and fundraising for a good cause! Once each trimester, the PTO will host a dining event to help raise funds for student experiences at FHLCS.

Harvest Festival: Bring the whole family for some fall fun. There will be games, crafts, a chili cookoff and hoedown. Yes, you read that correctly. There will be line dancing! This event is free.
Running Club: Track isn’t just for middle schoolers—there’s also a Running Club for students in grades K–5! During the fall and spring seasons, members track the laps they complete and earn rewards as they reach milestone goals. Students who run 500 laps have their names added to a group commemorative plaque in the gym. Those who reach 1,000 laps earn recognition on an individual plaque displayed in the gym.

Run for the Hills: One of the most anticipated and impactful traditions at FHLCS. This exciting jog-a-thon helps fund our entire Fine Arts program—including Music, Band, and Art—while bringing students, families, and supporters together for a fun-filled day of school spirit and community. You can check out highlights from last year’s RFTH on our YouTube channel. For more information or to get involved, contact the PTO at fhlcspto@fhlcs.org.
