All Forest Hills students have lunch with their grade groups (K,1,2) (3,4,5) (6,7,8) in the dining hall on campus. Each child has the option to choose from the hand-crafted hot lunch menu or salad bar which are prepared fresh daily, Monday through Friday in the school’s gourmet kitchen.
In attempt to keep up with the challenging economy, we’ve had to adjust our staffing in the kitchen as well as menu options. As of September 2024, hot lunch will be available Monday through Thursday only. Cold items such as sandwiches and pre-made salads will be available for order on Fridays.
Lunch selections are ordered each month, in advance with a menu sent home via email. See the lunch letter for our cookie of the month.
Milk can be purchased additionally and is served every day for the selected month. Students alternatively have the option of bringing water or a beverage of their choice from home. Microwave ovens are available in the lunchroom to heat foods brought from home for students in grades 3-8.
